Deep powder, big laughs, and a crew that’s got your back—this is JAPOW, ladies.
Every rider has heard of Japan’s legendary powder… but nothing compares to actually riding it. If you’re an intermediate skier or snowboarder ready to finally tick Japow off the bucket list, this. is. your. moment.
We know it can be hard to find the right crew to ride with—or to plan a trip like this solo—but here, you’ll instantly be part of an all-girls crew on the exact same program. Six full days of guided riding, exploring the best spots around Myoko (home to the longest run in all of Japan), and ending the day soaking in a traditional onsen to recharge for the next adventure. Sushis? Yep, we’ll even learn to make ’em.
“Riding in Japan feels like stepping into a snow globe someone shook just for you.” With an average of 14 meters of snow each year, we believe it! And culturally? It’s a whole new universe…
After 10 years of leading the best women’s surf trips in the world, we’re beyond excited to finally offer our first winter experience—the perfect environment to push your riding, meet new friends, and create stories you’ll tell for years.

All rooms are twin-share, with plenty of space for you and other guests to relax after your days chasing powder in the Japanese Alps. If you’re coming alone (like most girls), you’ll be paired with another awesome lady. Within walking distance of the Romance Chair at Suginohara, The Greenhouse will be your home for seven nights with us in Myoko.
