Do you have the possibility to work remotely and are looking for the perfect environment to do so? Bingo.
Our concept is simple; you surf, you work, we take care of the rest.
Being surfers ourselves who have been working remotely for almost 10 years, we became experts on what’s needed to make the most of your working days at the beach: A comfortable room, high-speed WiFi, healthy meals, movement classes, an easy access to surf breaks and a community of neighbours on the same wavelength.
The Surf n’ Work offers exactly that. It is open to both men and women, and offers different length of stay and room arrangement.

WHERE
The Beach House
Every morning you will wake up to the sound of crashing waves in our very own and brand new beach house facing the ocean, only a few steps to find your feet in the sand. Yep! the Salty Casa, located on the quiet side of Playa Montañita, can accommodate 10 people in double to triple rooms with private bathrooms and A/C. There is a large swimming pool, a sundeck, a cozy chilling area perfect for afternoon siestas and our surf theory classes, an open air yoga shala and a big table for our family meals! You will feel home already.
About Playa Montañita
Montañita is a lay back but dynamic surf town located on the pacific coast of Ecuador, 2.5 hours North of Guayaquil airport. This village was originally known as a hippie beach destination and throughout the years grew in reputation as a vibrant surfing hotspot. In fact, Montañita offers a constant beach break kilometres long, as well as a world-class right point break “La Punta”. Moreover, Ecuador, situated on the mid-line of Earth, has a very special and powerful energy that is hard to describe — it’s something to be felt… Here you’ll find yourself in the heart of a colourful village with warm ocean, breath-taking sunsets, and very friendly locals.

Whether you’ve always dreamed of surfing, but never really had the chance to commit to it, or you tried a few times, fell in love with it and you now want to learn more, we promise you unforgettable memories in the ocean! By learning with our professional surf coaches, your improvement will be rapid and effective, allowing you to get a taste of the incredibly sweet sensation of sliding down a wave!

YOGA

During the Salty Souls Experience, we will step on the mat every day! Our intention is to accompany you into exploring beyond the practice of the poses. We will dive into different asana styles and introduce meditation, conscious breath-work, and mantra singing.
Yoga is for us a way to create mental space, so we can generate a whole new flow of awesome ideas. We aim to help you develop strength and become more graceful, but also become more aware and in tune with your body.
This practice promises to be highly invigorating, no matter what your level is!

Empowerment is being embodied and conscious in our daily actions. It is when we move through the world connected to our inner knowing. It’s finding ways to cultivate, magnify and stand in our power. Inside of you, lives some unexplored forces, a higher potential that is waiting to be unleashed. It’s not just in some of us… it’s in everyone. And as we learn to be liberated from our own fears, our presence automatically liberates others.
Over the course of two empowerment and one “Make your Own Clay Goddess” workshops, we will help you find or refine what truly makes you vibe, and how to design a life in accordance with it.
